LIT fare hike.

Long Island Transit NY had a notice on a fare increase for its Roslyn/Glen Cove service.

I know a guy that takes that bus to/from work....

 

take it for what it's worth, but IMO, LIT is trying to accomodate passengers that aren't the "regular" riders you see on our (NYC's) express buses... but aren't the "hampton luxury liner" type of riders either....

 

anyway, yeah, those buses are still around, although I must say, I haven't been seeing as many of them as I used to...

I usually see them deadheading to and from Manhattan but that's it. Has anyone tried this route yet?

I contemplated trying the route but it would be too hard to return to Queens from some random point on Long Island.
