A Suggestion for a general MTA Forum

I didn't see a recent thread on this, so I might as well ask:

Why not have a General MTA Forum?

 

Topics there could include:

-Metrocard questions

-Fare hikes

-Service cuts

-NY Assemblymen bashing the MTA

 

What do you think?

We looked into that one time, but decided against it. There just wouldn't be enough threads to justify opening a whole new forum. So just continue using the of topic lounge for general MTA stuff.

Also, it could be a subforum, since most of the general stuff usually winds up in the subway forum for some reason.

There was an MTA general forum but it got sh9t canned. I think a General forum should come back for Metrocards, fare and anything general. Not just use NYC Subway forum all the time..

The decision has been made to leave things the way they are. Harry consolidated a few forums recently, and would rather not open a new forum just for MTA in general. So, that being said, If you have something to post that you feel is MTA general information, post it in an existing MTA forum of your choice, or post it in the Off-Topic Lounge.
