You remind me of me when I'm thinking of new bus & other mass transit services for Staten Island (and other places). The (NJT) number probably would be 820. Matter of fact, there sould be a weekeday extension to Freehold Mall to connect with the infamous 139, 64, 67, and 135.

Pablo M 201 35 Posted August 30, 2010 Share #5 Posted August 30, 2010 ok we send some NABI transits to (NJT)'s Academy Garage in Perth Amboy for the Middlesex county routes 800-819Whenever the 1999-2000 Nova RTSes start getting pushed out, thats when Perth Amboy starts getting NABIs. Also, it depends when the privates start getting them. CUSA Red 'n' Tan gets some NABI's for the essex county routesAgain, depending when privates start getting NABIs, thats when R&T will get them. BTW, it's ONE Bus that is listed as the operator of the Essex County routes 24, 31, and 44. Red & Tan in Hudson County has 8 Flxible Metro-Ds, so it is kinda effy when they'll get NABIs. extend the 62 down to Old BridgeDon't make the 62 longer than it already is. Used2B 0 Posted August 31, 2010 Share #7 Posted August 31, 2010 Nah. Bring back CNJ. Northern Jersey already has plenty of coverage. What the region REALLY needs is more commuter lines from central-southern NJ into Manhattan.
