EE Broadway Local 18 Posted August 30, 2010 Share #1 Posted August 30, 2010 As you may know, Wikipedia isn't perfect, but this new feature is nice. On several of Wikipedia's pages that describe our subway stations, under External links there is a direct link to Google's Street View photograph of the entrance/exit to/from that station. For example: the Utica Avenue page has a link for the Utica Avenue entrance and for the Stuyvesant Avenue entrance. The Livonia Avenue page has a link for the Livonia Avenue entrance. Not all of the subway station pages have this feature. These show a small street view photo at the top.
Guest lance25 Posted August 30, 2010 Share #2 Posted August 30, 2010 Not really a new feature 70(EE), just a few members there linking to the GMaps location of the station entrances.
