Weekend, 12:01 AM Sat to 5 AM Mon, Sep 11 - 13

 

For service to Eastern Pkwy, Grand Army Plaza, and Bergen St, take the to Atlantic Av and transfer to Flatbush Av-bound .

 

For service from these stations, take the to Franklin Av and transfer to a 137 St-bound *.

 

* trains in Manhattan are rerouted at 96 St via the line to 137 St, the last stop.________

I don't see any conflicts here... Both are express Franklin-Atlantic, and the is local east of Franklin.

I thought it said the was local between Franklin & Atlantic, disregard.

Because of no , makes all stops betwen Borough Hall and New Lots Av except Hoyt St. Manhattan-bound runs express from Franklin to Atlantic Avs.
