It looks altered by the rollsign with the shade of black lighter than the lower half

Its definetly Photoshopped.

That has to be a (D) train.

It still doesn't get to me. It looks Photoshopped.

You found the photoshopping tool to change that (D) or (B) into an (A). Nice try. :P

That photo looks altered to me too.

Yeah , it does look fake. but I did NOT make this. I found this on google by typing in "R68A train". My friend James told me about this since he used this in one of his slideshows! On youtube his user tag is "Thesubway901" or "Thesubway910" Try either one and you'll find the slideshow!

Even if it's not 'shopped, which we all know it is (the bottom of the (A) bullet is orange), what do you want us to do with it. We all know that the (A) isn't getting R68/As anytime soon, so there really isn't a reason to speculate about an improbable move.

guys he's telling the truth. i actually seen this R68A set at the Coney Island-bound express track @ Church Av (F)(G) station back in 2003. it was signed up as the (A) train, but it wasnt in passenger service. i was on my way to school when i saw it.

Many T/Os will change the end sign to an odd route when doing a yard transfer, say a train going from CIY to 207 via 6th Av may get signed as a (G) on one end since the T/O may not want to change the sign to Not In Service (R62/68 signs are NOT motorized). Also, the florecent tubes in R68 sign boxes are diagonal and it looks like one of the tubes is dead.

Concourse's R68's are the Best, hands down

I honestly think the R68's have the best brakes in the system b\c on Concourse coming into stations they storm and the T/O's don't start braking until the C/R board or a bit before that storming in around 30-35mph.Except coming in 167th N/B.The best is coming in 170,174,Tremont,Fordham,Kingsbridge,155th St storming!
