That has to be a train. Yeah , it does look fake. but I did NOT make this. I found this on google by typing in "R68A train". My friend James told me about this since he used this in one of his slideshows! On youtube his user tag is "Thesubway901" or "Thesubway910" Try either one and you'll find the slideshow! Guest lance25 Posted September 12, 2010 Share #8 Posted September 12, 2010 Even if it's not 'shopped, which we all know it is (the bottom of the bullet is orange), what do you want us to do with it. We all know that the isn't getting R68/As anytime soon, so there really isn't a reason to speculate about an improbable move.
CTK246 152 Posted September 13, 2010 Share #9 Posted September 13, 2010 Aren't R68s supposed to be BMT only anyway?

INDman 414 Posted September 16, 2010 Share #13 Posted September 16, 2010 Many T/Os will change the end sign to an odd route when doing a yard transfer, say a train going from CIY to 207 via 6th Av may get signed as a on one end since the T/O may not want to change the sign to Not In Service (R62/68 signs are NOT motorized). Also, the florecent tubes in R68 sign boxes are diagonal and it looks like one of the tubes is dead.
Grand Concourse 2,690 Posted September 17, 2010 Share #14 Posted September 17, 2010 Aren't R68s supposed to be BMT only anyway? The ( are IND* and BMT. The R68/as are based from Concourse and CI yards. *up until Grand St and the bridge.
R32 3838 1,859 Posted September 17, 2010 Share #15 Posted September 17, 2010 They Should Be on the , An R68A would look great on the , Besides the R46's, Its funny how people hate them because of their brakes, Concourse's R68's are the Best, hands down
2 Train Master 85 Posted September 17, 2010 Share #16 Posted September 17, 2010 Concourse's R68's are the Best, hands down I honestly think the R68's have the best brakes in the system b\c on Concourse coming into stations they storm and the T/O's don't start braking until the C/R board or a bit before that storming in around 30-35mph.Except coming in 167th N/B.The best is coming in 170,174,Tremont,Fordham,Kingsbridge,155th St storming!
