My brother was screwed big time by this disruption. He said while waiting at Bowling Green, he saw only one downtown train, a Not In Service train, which must have been the train that broke down. And of course, all the trains he took were super crowded. He eventually backtracked to Fulton St for the . When he finally got to Nevins St about 30 minutes or so later, the trains were back to normal.
