They'll see that on Eastern Pkwy and avoid it like the plague. Also, if I recall correctly, the hasn't run into Brooklyn since the 9/11 contingency plan. Why send it there when it's not necessary? The 9/11 attacks is harmful or people to stay at the Cortlandt Street Station and .
