There is no reason why you, or anyone else should be changing signs. Only the train crew or other authorized people should be changing them since it could get the train crew in trouble.

oh just go to a T/O.C/R.or any crew worker and say you want to know how to change the rollsigns,so you can change it on an empty train,they will gladly respond :(

*How did you change the rollsigns on a in service R68s?

*Did you think you would get caught doing this?

That (R) from 71 av to 9 av was my idea

That (R) from Astoria to 95 st was also my idea

That (E) from Jamaica Ctr to 116 st was DEFINITELY my idea :P

The (S) Euclid to Lefferts was my idea

(H) Broad Channel to Far Rockaway...also mine lol

(F) 179 St to Euclid was mine

Last but not least...don't pass that (S) from Jamaica Ctr 34 st as your idea. You know damn well that was my idea :P
