A Small Question About The BX 7, BX 9, BX10, And BX 20

Instead of making a U-Turn at Broadway and West 262d Street, would it be possible for the BX 9 to turn around via West 262d Street, Huxley Avenue, and West 261st Street (or maybe West 262d Street, Spencer Avenue and West 261st Street) and instead of making a U-Turn at Riverdale Avenue and West 263d Street, would it be possible for for the BX 7 and BX 10 to turn around via West 263d Street, Delafield Avenue, and West 261st Street (or maybe via West 263d Street, Liebig Avenue, and West 261st Street) or is it simply easier for the BX 7, BX 9, and BX 10 to make a U-Turn at the The Bronx Borough/New York City Line (West 262d Street and West 263d Street)?

On a related note, does the BX 20 make a U-Turn at West 246th Street and the Henry Hudson Parkway Service Road?
