Martin Luther King Jr. and others were in Memphis, Tennessee about to lead a protest for striking Sanitation Workers. That day, as Martin Luther King Jr. and others were on the balcony of the Lorraine Motel, and then James Earl Ray fires the fatal shot that would kill a civil rights icon. 40 years later we still remember the late Dr. King. Since his death, there has been heavy changes for the better in the United States of America in the field of race relations (although some, who shall remain nameless, dont believe it) and the United States of America has become a more united nation since.
