The other 2, i'm going to guess the boxcar is penn central or CNJ, not sure about the rail express car, i think they use the rail express car as a small museum, not sure though. That terminal (communipaw terminal) has been out of railroad usage for quite a long time, the railcars are there mainly for historic "we remember" purposes.
