Joel Up Front Posted November 3, 2010 Share #9 Posted November 3, 2010 Firefox since 2005. Sure, it's a memory hog (238,000 KB of memory usage at one point), but it's better than getting spyware every time I open it (Internet Explorer), having one tab being equal to opening another friggin window (Chrome) and what the **** is that Opera bullshit? CenSin Posted November 5, 2010 Share #23 Posted November 5, 2010 Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome (in that order) Firefox for keeping advertisements away so that my pages aren't bogged with crap (since my computer is designed to be eco-friendly and so it's processor is less capable). Opera for most web-surfing needs since I can open private browsing mode without hiding everything else (unlike Firefox). Internet Explorer only because clicking a link in Microsoft Office Outlook automatically opens it. (If I set the default to any other browser, Outlook seems to have trouble launching links if the browser loads slowly.) It also allows me to drag and drop files from Windows Explorer to Windows Live SkyDrive. Google Chrome for its speed, but I use it less because of privacy issues.
