Due to a train with mechanical problems at the Hunters Point Avenue Station, there is no service on trains between the Times Square-42nd Street Station and the Queensboro Plaza Station in both directions.

 

Please expect delays in service on the line at this time.

it seems like no matter how good a yard maintains a train it will still brake down.....

It should be. If not, something is really wrong!

 

But the had problems today though supposedly.
