Yea, it looks euro/canadian. Those headlights really look out of place, the upper part above the windows is a bit more like the kind seen in Europe.

Optima is a NABI brand, it doesn't look native. Only round headlight bus I can think of is the old look, and it's not one of them.

 

It's not an ex tour line coach, no baggage hold.
