Novabus 5000 669 Posted April 11, 2008 Share #1 Posted April 11, 2008 Does any one know a novabus LFS is being tested in brooklyn. If do not believe me than believe http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bus_models_used_in_New_York_City_Transit_and_MTA_Bus#New_York_City_Transit_and_MTA_Bus_demonstration_fleet
Pablo M 201 35 Posted April 11, 2008 Share #2 Posted April 11, 2008 Thats not wholeheartedly true. Talked to someone real quick about it and a person who would know about something like this, and he said he knows nothing of a 40 foot Nova LFS in Brooklyn. Remember, this is Wikipedia, so it could be false.

Hope there is a LFS CNG! I will be in love. Trevor Logan's Photos.
trainfan22 2,234 Posted April 12, 2008 Share #9 Posted April 12, 2008 I have mixed feelings about that bus. In a way it looks cool and fun to ride. But in a another way it looks ugly and boring to ride. Oh well i guess i have to ride one of these to make up my mind LOL. Btw ive never seen that thing in brooklyn. Does anybody know what routes they are testing on.....

East New York 4,104 Posted April 13, 2008 Share #11 Posted April 13, 2008 Ive been one one, and trust me it's nothing special! The interior is not too bad though. It doesn't match the outside though. The ride is ok. The thing does have some nice pickup though.

East New York 4,104 Posted April 13, 2008 Share #14 Posted April 13, 2008 OMG do you have clones? Man, you're everywhere! LOL... It was a Transit Windsor LFS. I'm going to Houston tomorrow so I'm trying to find out about their bus and rail system, because of course I'll have to take a ride. I know they have a lot of D40LF's, Neoplan AN-460A's, MCI OTR's, and NF Vikings.
