Forest Glen Posted January 1, 2011 Share #1 Posted January 1, 2011 The Baltimore Metro is a tiny system that is roughly the same size as PATH. The rolling stock is very ugly, almost as atrocious as the R32. However, the seats are very comfortable. The ride is smooth. All of the stations are cavernous and accessible. The lightrail sucks. It was stopping at red lights along the street. The LRV's are 20 years old. Downtown Baltimore has a bunch of free bus routes that stop at tourist attractions. They're called the Charm City Circulator MTA Maryland

WMATA Posted January 4, 2011 Share #4 Posted January 4, 2011 Baltimore has a subway....never knew that. Nice Pics! Yup. As FG said, it's a "tiny" system. There are only 14 stations and there is no service on Sundays. I think their rolling stock is the same as Miami-Dade's. Cool pics btw, FG.
