Aired only once during the Super Bowl, and people *still* talk about it! Correct RTS. It debuted in the 1984 Super Bowl (I think super bowl 18 Raiders vs. Redskins)and it is still arguably the best tv commerical ever. And yes as the 'old man' of these boards I saw that classic when it first aired. This commerical forever changed that industry and thus made the super bowl known other than the NFL 'world championship' game as the 'super bowl' of the tv ad biz.
