(A): All trains to either side of Far Rock (Mott Av or 105th, nothing to that terminal in Brooklyn)

(E): Service to 179th every half hour outside of rush hour

(F): Express service as in the 1970s

(G): Some link to Manhattan

(J)/(Z): Send every other train down the former (Mx) route, but then stop at its normal Manhattan terminus

(L): Enough of the "Catch Bus to Canarsie" system

(T): For it to ****ing exist, along with the former IND Second System expansion to the Bronx

Not too sure about the (J)/(Z) thing, seeing as how it's supposed to be skip-stop...

Lines which could use some tweaks and changes and I won't list all lines as of now, maybe in another post. I won't really add too much in terms of expansion since there are other topics dedicated to this.

D: Back to a 8 minute headway on weekends.

G: Longer trains.

L: Extend the tracks by roughly 25 feet at 8 Av so trains could come in a little faster.

M: Weekend service to Continental Av.

N: Extended to LaGuardia Airport. Our airports could really use more transit.

Q: Skips 49 St all times. Back to 8 minute headway on weekends.

R: Back to 8 minute headway on weekends.

W: Possible resurrection if certain things fall in place.

1: Back to 6 minute headway on weekends.

2: Better headway on weekends. I would swap the Bronx express with the 5, making the 2 express.

3: Same as 2 in the first sentence.

4: Run a 6 minute headway on Saturdays.

5: Loses Bronx express to 2.

Side notes:

-Redesign the Rogers Junction. The current arrangement is just awful, especially with the 5.

-Recalibrate certain timers. Elimination as we know is slim to none.

-I'm on the fence with bringing the C to Lefferts Blvd. The short turn A's could go to Howard Beach instead but then the train would have to relay and I just don't see this happening.

If you could change one thing about each current subway line, what would you change?

If I could, I would rehabilitate Chambers Street (J)/(Z) to resemble her original opening day newness.

are there any photos of that? I dont believe Chambers St was ever pretty looking At the rate it is now...

anyway, I would have a skip-stop service with the (L), & have the (Z) go express from Broadway Junction-Marcy Avenue, Making stops--Broadway Junction, Myrtle Avenue, Them Marcy Avenue.

there are many different ways I would like it to improve:

give back the (V)

Make express service on the Nassau St/Jamaica El & Sea Beach Line.

Make Express service on the West End Line (during Rush hours, select (N) trains would go over West End and make express stops

Put back the culver Express

There are so many ways I would like it to improve, but the one that should me the most is Making the (Z) an express service from Bway Jct to Marcy.

(M) - Fine

(N) - All R160s

(Q) - All R160s

(R) - All R160s

(S) - All R142s. I'd say increase service during rush hour but that's physically impossible

(Z) - All R160s

actually, if I were to have an improvement on each line, then discard my last post (which wont edit):

(1) Okay

(2) select Rush Hour 2 trains run over the Lexington Avenue line (as seen with a green 2 bullet)

(3) Brooklyn Skip-stop with (13) Rush Hours.

(4) Rush Hours Bring Back <4>, and extend to New Lots Avenue Via Express

(5) select Rush hour 5 trains via the 7th Avenue line, with a red 5 Bullet). Also All times 5 goes to Brooklyn

(6) Extend To Bowling Green All times

(7) Okay

(8) Via Pelham & Lexington Avenue Express, terminating at City Hall

(9) Make it a peak-directional express service on the (1), and the parts where there is no express track make those areas skip-stop

(13) Brooklyn Skip-stop with (3) rush hours.

(A) Have this service go to Far Rockaway only.

(:) Fine

(C) Have this service extended to Lefferts Blvd, rush hour trips <C> to BPB or Norwood

(D) Fine

(E) Rush Hour trips 8 Avenue Express

(F) Make this a culver Express

(G) Fine

Rockaway Park Shuttle-Fine (Rush Hours Extended to Far Rockaway using Wye Connection)

(J) Skip-stop between Jamaica Cntr & Bway Junction, Local From Bway Junction to Myrtle Av, Then Express From Myrtle to Marcy.

(L) Alternate Skip-stop service

(M) Fine

(N) Select Rush Hour trips over West End

(Q) Fine, but make it local rush hours

<Q> express Q rush hours

(R) Fine, Except Select Rush Hour Trips Broadway Express.

(S) both shuttles fine, except I would like to see the R110A put on the 42 St Shuttle.

(T) ...(is this thing ever going to be built)?

(S6)/(V) Make this the Culver Local Service During Rush Hours, Add some switches at Kings Highway and let them terminate there so It doesnt crowd C.I. Terminal

(Z) make it express from Bway Junction to Marcy Avenue

And thats all for now.

(2) select Rush Hour 2 trains run over the Lexington Avenue line (as seen with a green 2 bullet)

Reasonable but 7th Av is crowded also.

(3) Brooklyn Skip-stop with (13) Rush Hours.

Whats the point?

(5) select Rush hour 5 trains via the 7th Avenue line, with a red 5 Bullet). Also All times 5 goes to Brooklyn

Sending the (5) To Flatbush All Day was dumb b\c it is not needed.

(6) Extend To Bowling Green All times

Nope,3 stations Fulton,Wall,Bowling Green can't handle all them trains.

(:) Fine, One or two Rush Hour Trips to 168 Street

Whats the point? It's only 3 stops and those are low ridership stops and that will mess up Concourse Local service.

(E) Rush Hour trips 8 Avenue Express

For what, they already have probably the best Express Runs in the system in Queens.

(N) Select Rush Hour trips over Sea Beach

Don't they all go via Sea Beach?

Fixed

There are too things that I keep mentioning to people. One is there isn't enough R160's for everyone to get, and that still won't happen even if there is enough to go around, because it's a foamer's dream. The second one is stop talking about extending the (J)/(Z) anywhere past Broad Street, because it would kill the Skip Stop service pattern which people by the Jamaica and Nassau Street Lines rely on, and there is no need for express/local service on the Jamaica and Nassau Street Lines, because it won't work. Here we have a successful service, and you people want to mess it up. So shut up, and accept the fact that the (J), and (Z) would be terminated at Broad Street. The only hope for a south Brooklyn service from Nassau Street would be to create something like the <R> that would either terminate at Broad Street or Chambers Street, and either Bay Ridge-95 Street or Bay Parkway.

One more thing. Tell the (MTA) to give Chambers Street a full rehab. When I was 4 I used to believe that station was haunted. Plus the station is ugly, and is literally falling apart.

Okay so if I say I want all lines to be R160s I'm a foamer, but if I want all lines to have R32s I'm a hero?

You put mostly R160s on most of the lines except four of them. That reminds me that you ARE a R160 foamer. And no, you're not a hero when you say that every line should serve R32s. There aren't many R32s in service.

1 - All R142s

(2) - Fine

(3) - All R142s

(4) - INCREASED SERVICE DURING RUSH HOUR

(5) - INCREASED SERVICE DURING RUSH HOUR

(6) - INCREASED SERVICE DURING RUSH HOUR. Maybe even add an (8) train or something for skip stop in Manhattan

(7) - All R142s

(A) - All R160s

(B) - All R160s

(C) - All R160s

(D) - All R160s

(E) - Fine

(F) - Fine

(G) - All R160s

(J) - All R160s

(L) - Fine

(M) - Fine

(N) - All R160s

(Q) - All R160s

(R) - All R160s

(S) - All R142s. I'd say increase service during rush hour but that's physically impossible

(T) - Fine (can't improve something that doesn't and will never exist, right?)

(Z) - All R160s

Mostly NTTs-Related Huh?

actually, if I were to have an improvement on each line, then discard my last post (which wont edit):

1 Okay

2 select Rush Hour 2 trains run over the Lexington Avenue line (as seen with a green 2 bullet)

We need another service on 7 Av Line too

3 Brooklyn Skip-stop with (13) Rush Hours.

We don't need a skip-stop route

4 Rush Hours Bring Back <4>, and extend to New Lots Avenue Via Express

4 is definetely useless

5 select Rush hour 5 trains via the 7th Avenue line, with a red 5 Bullet). Also All times 5 goes to Brooklyn

Lexington Av Line is the most overcrowded line. We need the 5 to Lexington

6 Extend To Bowling Green All times

7 Okay

8 Via Pelham & Lexington Avenue Express, terminating at City Hall

We don't need 3 express services on Lexington Av line and we don't need the 8 to run express via Pelham. We have the <6> instead.

9 Make it a peak-directional express service on the (1), and the parts where there is no express track make those areas skip-stop

The 1 local is good enough.

13 Brooklyn Skip-stop with (3) rush hours.

Okay, you wished for too many lines to run skip-stop via Eastern Parkway. The Eastern Parkway line doesn't need an extra line.

A Have this service go to Far Rockaway only.

The Rockaway Park residents will want the A too.

B Fine, One or two Rush Hour Trips to 168 Street

Okay?

C Have this service extended to Lefferts Blvd

Lefferts Blvd residents want the A express instead of local.

D Fine

Agreed

E Rush Hour trips 8 Avenue Express

Disagreed. 8th Av Riders want the E to make local stops. The A is good enough to make express stops.

F Make this a culver Express

Make it Culver Local so your S/V trains, or choose one to run express so there won't be too much congestion and you said the S/V trains run via Culver Rush Hours

G Fine

Okay

Rockaway Park Shuttle-Fine (Rush Hours Extended to Far Rockaway using Wye Connection)

So Rockaway Park shuttle is going to Far Rockaway?

J Skip-stop between Jamaica Cntr & Bway Junction, Local From Bway Junction to Myrtle Av, Then Express From Myrtle to Marcy.

What about skip-stop at the whole route, except weekends?

L Alternate Skip-stop service

We don't need another skip-stop service on the local line

M Fine

Okay?

N Select Rush Hour trips over Sea Beach

I live near the Sea Beach 18th Avenue Station and I want the N train to run 24/7 same as the people who wants to go to 8th Avenue or other stops.

Q Fine, but make it local rush hours

<Q> express Q rush hours

Make the (B) Brighton Express instead

R Fine, Except Select Rush Hour Trips Broadway Express.

Broadway Riders need the local route to get to Queens Blvd Local Line.

S both shuttles fine, except I would like to see the R110A put on the 42 St Shuttle.

Agreed, but where are you going to get another R110A?

T ...(is this thing ever going to be built)?

I wish it was done right now

(S6)/(V) Make this the Culver Local Service During Rush Hours, Add some switches at Kings Highway and let them terminate there so It doesn't crowd C.I. Terminal

I don't know what to say.

Z make it express from Bway Junction to Marcy Avenue

What about the whole route?

And thats all for now.

Woops my bad. This should be fanasty wish for each subway line as the ones suggested like extending the (2) and (5) to Kings Plaza is really easy to do and cheap.

That would be a good idea... Imagine how much congestion you'd get off of the buses. I'm curious how would that extension work and why would it be so cheap and easy? Are there tracks somewhere? I've noticed tracks over by Ave H. on Ocean and Nostrand Ave. Not sure where they go though, but always wondered.
