I doubt if somebody is there 24/7 and I doubt is somebody is going to be assigned there for 4 months. Suppose the person assigned has to go to the toilet? Is he supposed to make a reservation? I was told by a TSS that there is a person there 24/7, but it's neither here nor there since whats done is done. You'll live. The work is necessary. What's the alternative? The reason why the Fox skips Smith-9 Streets is because the bridge trusses are in the way of a full length platform. One of IND's pics illustrates that easily. Awesome shots!!! They have an over pass that goes from the south bound platform, over the tracks to the temp. platform to get the north bound trains. It's a public area and makes for some great shots.
