trainfan22 Posted February 12, 2011 Share #1 Posted February 12, 2011 This one is progressing along nicely, its kinda overshadowed by the WTC rebuilding, they want the Arena competed by next year for the 2011-2012 NBA season, a LOT of trucks coming in and out of the site, and plus there was some M7s sitting around, so yeah, I was foaming lol. Three great construction projects going on in NYC, the WTC, The Second Ave Subway and now the Barklay Center, which is what this arena will be called. The crane hoisting steel on to the structure... One bonus pic, the pedestrian bridge blocks the view of the front of the train...B)

Grand Concourse Posted February 15, 2011 Share #4 Posted February 15, 2011 Sweet! As for the team, they got a long way to go... Jersey gets the best deal out of this. They can always lure some $ struggling team: Grizzlies, Hornets, etc. to move to the Rock.
