Interesting Rollsign on NH MU

Yes, a rollsign and here it is:

 

 

It's a rollsign, which we've seen on some trains before, it says Croton-Harmon, which raises an eyebrow when in New Haven and it's red llike it belongs on the NH line. I thought you fellas would get a kick out of it cuz I did. I can't explain it other than maybe when they had the signs made they covered all possible contingencies. Dunno.
