3rd Avenue El 0 #1 Posted March 27, 2011 Due to the NYCDDC Trunk Water Main Project on 59th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues, please expect delays and detours on the Queens-bound Q32 bus. In addition, due to the ongoing subway shuttle on Roosevelt Avenue between 126th Street and Main Street, please expect delays and detours on Q19, Q50 and Q66 at this time.
