There wasnt any trains layed up there ethier. The line was using both express tracks i took a video of it.... The trains was using both express tracks CI and mantthan bound... Yeah, we shouldnt see anymore layups on weekends because Ocean Parkway has reopened. They only reason as to why they laid up the between Brighton Beach And Avenue U on weekends, was because its much easier to dead head into Brighton SouthBound OOS and begin their run, as opposed to all 9 TrainS run from Stillwell Yard into Brighton on A2 Track, then switch to A4 Track, north of Brighton.
