Shortline Bus Posted April 2, 2011 Share #1 Posted April 2, 2011 I know I sound like a old man here but I ask anyhow. Anyone heard or seen the old 1980's groundbreaking music video show "New York Hot Tracks?' It was a synidcated show produced by WABC-Ch.7 in NYC and shown across the country. Used to come on right after "Nightline" at Midnight in NYC. (Sorry kids ABC did not have the Jimmy Fallon Show) What made this show so memorable is that it was the first weekly full time tv show that introduced America to Rap and Hip-Hop culture. They also showed pop and r&b videos. Not to mention a then unknown Madonna making her TV debut on this show. Here some clips kiddies. Those were the days lol. 1)One of Madonna 1st ever TV apperences. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-Ayr-v5Vto 2)Run DMC
