As an alternative please take the free shuttle bus service. The Free Shuttle Bus Services will run from Van Courtland Park to 168 Street, 168 street to 125th street from 125 to 96th Street. On 96 Street please take trains that will run local via 7th avenue. The will be running on regular service. At Chambers street please take free shuttle bus service from Chambers Street to South Ferry. How will this affect my trip? - trains will be running Local via 7th Avenue -Take Shuttle Busses as an alternative. -You must plan your trip accordingly and will add time to reach your destination. What will happen to people on St. Nicholas Av side at 191st and 181st Sts? I would not think thest people will not want to walk to Broadway side for shuttle bus or at Ft. Washington Av. I think shuttle bus should be organized like this: 1. Between 242nd St & Dyckman St Station. Free M7/M100 boarding at station stops only. 2. Between 191st St & 168th Sts and free M3 boarding. 3. Between 168th & 96th Sts LCL and free M4, M5, M104 boarding at station stops. 4. Between 168th & 96th Sts EXP, stopping at 137th St and free boarding M4, M5, M104. 5. N22/N22A/L Route Change In order to provide better service to customers, NICE will introduce limited bus along N22/N22A corridor marked as N22L. N22L will follows route of N22, but will skip stops along East Gate Blvd at Roosevelt Field Mall and Mineola Intermodal Transit Center. N22L will make all other N22 stops. Current N22 and N22A bus stops and routes are unaffected by this change. N1 Service Reinstate to Valley Stream Station In order to provide better service, N1 bus service reinstate to served Valley Stream Station. New N22 Limited stop route (Hicksville-Jamaica via Westbury Ave/Hillside Ave) Beginning January 1, customers travelling between Garden City and Jamaica will have a faster option, the N22L. The N22L is a new limited stop route that runs along the same corridor as the N22, but will bypass stops at Roosevelt Field and the Mineola Intermodal Center on selected trips during the morning and afternoon rush hours. We believe that many passengers will benefit from this new route and are excited to launch it. Please note that the N22 will have no changes in its route and will continue to serve Roosevelt Field and Mineola Intermodal Center. The 22A will also have no changes in its route and will continue to serve Roosevelt Field. _______________________________________ N1 Valley Stream LIRR Service Reinstated Starting on January 1, we are reinstating the old service to the Valley Stream LIRR station on Route N1 for added passenger convenience. Jan 2-7 (Mon-Sat) Due to track repairs on the Fulton Street Express between Hoyt-Schermerhorn Streets and Euclid Avenue, all trains are rerouted via 6th Avenue Express to DeKalb Avenue, and via Brighton Express to Brighton Beach. For service to Lefferts Boulevard, transfer at 145th Street for a train, and at 50th street for an train, running Express in Manhattan and Local in Brooklyn and Queens, to Lefferts Boulevard. For service to Far Rockaway, transfer at 145th Street for a train, running Local in Manhattan and Brooklyn, to Far Rockaway. For service to Rockaway Park, transfer at 145th Street for a train, running Local in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, to Broad Channel for an train, to Far Rockaway. Note: Trains run Local in Manhattan Late Nights. Two Trains replace trains from World Trade Center to Canal Street, departing every 10 mins. Thanks man.
