Elkeeper Posted April 15, 2011 Share #1 Posted April 15, 2011 Earlier today (4/14) my neighbor was driving in Newark on Clifton Ave. He saw Newark Sweeper #5246 and a PCC #unknown on the back of flatbed trucks. last seen heading south on Cliften Ave. Does anyone know where these cars are going and why?
