jacsnyy Posted April 16, 2011 Share #1 Posted April 16, 2011 Lately in Union Sq or St. Marks Place, I've noticed a bus labled Fiarfield Transit (or something like that) driven and ridden by Hasidic Jews. Is this a branch out of the B110 meant to replace the B39 for their community to replace service to Williamsburg. Does anyone know the stops of this bus? Santa Fe via Willow Posted April 19, 2011 Share #2 Posted April 19, 2011 There's a Fairfield, CONNECTICUT. IIRC & AFAIK it borders the Bronx.
East New York Posted April 19, 2011 Share #3 Posted April 19, 2011 You're talking about ex-Fairfax Connector Orions V's. I can't remember all the stops though.

East New York Posted April 24, 2011 Share #5 Posted April 24, 2011 It borders Westchester and Putnam Counties, NY............ True. But I'm pretty sure he's talking about the Fairfax Orion V's they recently picked up for the B110.

The Fairfax Orion V's are not B110 buses. They operate a commuter line from Brooklyn to Manhattan.

I'd like to have a bus available again since the B39/51 were cut Well from what I understand the buses are private and not open to the general public. I know they usually leave from 47th and 5th or B&H Photo and go to Boro Park or Williamsburg. There is a schedule in the window of the pizza store at 18th Avenue and 50th Street.
