I went through there yesterday as an (GO got the express Roosevelt to QBP) and there are no timers until the ones (GT-35) coming into 36th. Maybe the reason being an just crossed (it takes awhile for 600 ft at 10mph) and whatever came up behind it has to be slower for awhile until the in front if it picked up speed.
