New Timers at 65th Street on the Queens Blvd line?

Did they install new timers or something going down the hill on the Express track at 65th Street on the E/F Manhattan-bound express track? I feel as if the trains have been moving there a lot slower than usual...

I went through there yesterday as an (GO got the express Roosevelt to QBP) and there are no timers until the ones (GT-35) coming into 36th. Maybe the reason being an just crossed (it takes awhile for 600 ft at 10mph) and whatever came up behind it has to be slower for awhile until the in front if it picked up speed.

o ok, and the problem didn't seem to be around today so i guess it must have been just a temporary thing after all, thanks lol i'd hate to see them put timers at 65th (they already killed 63rd drive with those timers)
