You're not alone. This past week I had terrible nasal congestion. My eyes itch from time to time, thou it's actually not that bad. I'm just glad I don't have an itchy throat. I know it must be a killer having to operate a bus while having allergies. ABC news reported that this season will be a terrible allergy season.

oh god... I thought I was the only one!

I've been having a week-long allergy attack so far!

One day last week I came home from bike riding. My eyes were blood red, and itching like hell. I washed them out about 4-5 times but still that didn't help. I couldn't breathe at all through my nose, and my throat was itching to the point that I was sore. After about 2 hours, it all started to taper off. But it was still bad. later on I felt like I was going to faint.

The first night it happened, I woke up at 1 AM. I find my nose completly congested, and my mouth dry. I try EVERYTHING to help it clear up, which includes applying vicks on my nose & chest, taking decongestant pills, sitting in the bathroom with the hot shower, blowing my nose, drink hot chocolate (I once burned my mouth, still did nothing).

I haven't been able to breathe clearly through my nose for about a week & 4 days now. I've already used up 3 boxes of tissues. I mean, these allergies are complete TORTURE! They just won't stop!:mad:

Had to take my mother yesterday to the ER because of it

Is she okay? It would suck to be in the hospital for Mothers day :(.

Have a look at this: Isotonix OPC-3. It beats any allergy medication according to what I've observed in person so far.

All the information and/or references to scientific data concerning its efficacy can be found on the same page under the "Science" tab, but there are facts you can get online on PubMed.gov:

It's being sold through my web portal, so any questions about it should be directed at me.

Yeah she's good, got discharged the same day and they gave her prescription strength Claritin.

My allergies haven't completely settled in yet. I've been taking Anti Histamines for the last 3-4 weeks everyday and it has been working. For me, the trick is to take it a little before pollen starts going nuts.

Also, on my trip to NC, SC and Georgia, I've used the bus AC as my personal oxygen mask. The AC on the bus I was on was pumping clean air, so I would breath from it which prevented most allergy symptoms from popping up.

I can't take these allergies and I wanna rip my eyes out so who else is going nuts?

I get shots and take Meds for it but this year is too much.

Ive taken every medicine known to man for allergies. They never work then i went to a allergie specialist. He told me he was going to put me on for getting the shots. He told me i would have to come every week on a thursday or monday.then after awhile of getting the shots i would only have to come once a month. Then the docters office kept calling saying that i wouldnt be able to come in for god knows how many excuses they gave me.then they expected me to come in on my work days which was a big no no in my book. so i said the hell with it ill just suck it up and deal with it.i wish there was a easier way of going about dealing with it.Its so stupid.

Mid-to-high 60s all next week. Stock up on that Claritin and them Kleenex. I went to high school with this wise ass kid that had these crazy allergies. Teachers went from groaning at him to offering him stuff when he started sneezing five times a minute.

I had to deal with coughing up excess phlegm for the past two weeks. I think yeaterday was the last time though.

For my friend, his eyes get watery and starts tearing. This year has got to be the worst with allergies and what not.

Well, my allergies were so bad, they sent me home from school on Thursday, because my chest started to close up. Then, on Friday, my throat starts to itch, and now it is sore, and also, my nose became stuffy. Things were the same on Saturday, with the addition of itchy, watery eyes. Spring GO AWAY! -___-
