Hoboken to Youngstown via Bath and Jamestown NY and Meadville, PA. Return to Philadelphia via Pittsburgh and the Conemaugh line from Pittsburgh to Johnstown. Schedule: Aug. 5: Hoboken to Bath, NY (via ex-Erie & DL&W) to Corning, thence to Bath where we overnight. Dinner at the oldest winery in the U.S. at Hammondsport. Aug. 6: Bath to Meadville, PA with a stop at Jamestown, NY to dedicate the rebuilt Erie station. Aug. 7: Meadville to Youngstown, OH, thence to Pittsburgh where we overnight at the Amtrak station. Aug. 8: Pittsburgh to Philadelphia via Conemaugh line. The Caritas and Cimarron River (ex-Frisco 14 rmte., 4-bedroom sleeper) will make this trip. Pricing has not been set. Amtrak7 Posted June 1, 2011 Author Share #2 Posted June 1, 2011 Bedroom fare is $4,200 per person double occupancy (i.e. 2 people in one room costs $8,400).
