If this is true, then does a horrible job doing this. It's the opposite: 2 ©s for every . That's why most people transfer at 7th ave. for the cuz it's (F)requent. As long as gas prices keep rising, pedestrians will continue to abandon their cars and take the nearest train or bus. It's going to get more and more crowded, and until gas prices drop again, train capacity is going to have to increase to the amount the station can handle, which is 10/11 cars.
