One of the great subway movies of all time, and a rare one at that, "The Incident," will be shown over the next few days on the Fox Movie Channel. Scheduled showings will be: May 21 @ 6PM and May 22 @ 4AM. It will also be shown in June. Get those DVR's ready.

For the uninitiated, "The Incident" is an extremely intense thriller drama from 1967 about two hoods who terrorize passengers on a southbound IRT train. Much of the outdoor shooting was filmed on the old Third Avenue El in the Bronx. The casting is notable. Several people made their big screen debuts in the film, including Martin Sheen, Beau Bridges, Donna Mills, and Ed McMahon (yes, THAT Ed McMahon --- "heeeere's Johnny!"). It's a definite must see.
