The I Man Posted June 12, 2011 Share #77 Posted June 12, 2011 Victory Blvd, even with narrower streets should be first.
LRG Posted June 12, 2011 Share #78 Posted June 12, 2011 Lol...you do realize Hylan Boulevard is a much busier thoroughfare than Victory Boulevard, right?
Via Garibaldi 8 Posted June 12, 2011 Share #79 Posted June 12, 2011 Victory Blvd, even with narrower streets should be first. Victory Blvd does not need full SBS service. If anything give it a modified version or beef up limited stop service. You've got the S61, S62, S66 running down there, so they are pretty well covered. What they need to do is to run limited stop service later and run the S66 on weekends, say every half hour.
checkmatechamp13 Posted June 12, 2011 Author Share #80 Posted June 12, 2011 Yup. All that needs to be done is to turn the S61s into S91s and that's ready-made limited-stop service for most of the day (so the S61 would become like the M5, with other routes covering the limited-stop portion). Gotham Bus Co. Posted June 14, 2011 Share #81 Posted June 14, 2011 Who went to the (S79) +SBS+ Meeting last night? Those "meetings" are useless because all the big decisions were made long ago.
