Why is there an M15 bus stop sign at Pike Street & Cherry Street?

Usually it says :

(Bus Route) - Drop Off Only

(Location)

instead of :

(Bus Route) - (Destination)

(Location)

Nope it doesn't say that here, nor does it say on the Q30 stop I mentioned.
