20 Dundalk Posted June 14, 2011 Share #1 Posted June 14, 2011 I started out in Baltimore MD was riding busses since 6 yrs old gm and FLX new looks ruled the streets in Baltimore at that time later came a small (100) or so fleet of RTS then from around 1982 to 1994 Grumman 870s and FLX metros took over with the exception of a small group of Neoplans in 1986 all 40 foot with a handfull of 30 foot FLX mixed in in 1995 NABI 40 and 60 footers was the choice due to the passing of FLXIBLE then i moved to Fort Worth TX in '98 a handfull of Flx 35 and 40 footers were hanging on then the New Flyers came along 30,35 and 40 footers all CNG low floor in 2009 some NABI 40 foot low floor busses showed up and in 2010 some 60 foot NABIs haven been spotted in the yard but never on the road in rev service yet Fort Worth has only one bus lot maybe 300 busses i moved to Texas for family/work reasons but i am still a Yankee at heart Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
