Melvin Posted June 25, 2011 Share #26 Posted June 25, 2011 ...Really Ozzy?! How about just send a message to us via e-mail explaining what the purpose of the use of the photos are for. 9 times out of 10, we will e-mail fresh copies to you. If they are for personal use, we'll let them go free (within the guidelines set in the disclaimer) OR if they are for commercial use (For magazine print, news media or advertising), a contract will be drawn up and charges will apply. But don't just say, oh I need the photos. In order to get released photos from us, we do require an explanation of its intended use. The Real Posted June 25, 2011 Share #29 Posted June 25, 2011 He lives in canada... Well it is what it is, If I didn't have the mounds of people saving photos/sounds/videos and reposting them on youtube or other sites without credit to the photographer, I would not have such a stringent ruling on TTMG's media. I hate that I have to do it that way because a few bad apples spoiled it for everyone else. Its also more work for me in terms of coding and watermarking photos. Royal pain in the ass, but again, it is what it is, I have to protect the media that my volunteer staff and I produce.
