RTOMan Posted June 1, 2008 Share #26 Posted June 1, 2008 That's because the is the train without a home B). At Murphy, DeKalb, and 59th towers it will often get held. Plus the West End is one of the slowest routes to and from Coney - (N)ovember is 47 minutes from Stillwell to 34th St. in Manhattan, (Q)uincy is 49 mins, (F)ox is 50 mins, and (D)elta is 52. Actually the West End is not so bad you only got timers in the 9th Ave 36th Street area which are slow the other timers arent so bad by 20th and 25th Ave and Bay 50th Street going into Stillwell. It's a very efficient line, with frequent headways, the stations are well-maintained, and it's easy to connect with the local in Manhattan, the (B)/(Q) in Brooklyn, and the and in the Bronx.
