N-Trizzy2609 Posted July 23, 2011 Share #1 Posted July 23, 2011 So the R7 Chestnut Hill East Line was down for wire and ballast work so the sent a few buses to cover the line including 8518 which was delivered just a few weeks ago. It was so fresh and clean. Had a new bus smell. *Bonus* While SEPTA had shuttle buses replace the R7 CHE Line, the R8 Chestnut Hill West was running three or four extra shuttle trains that ran from Suburban Station to Chestnut Hill West. All of which were a simple pair of Silverliner IVs. Not one old car on the shuttles, just on the scheduled R8 trains. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
