Hi, all.

Due to the truck crash in New Haven yesterday, southbound Amtrak trains from Boston were turning at Old Saybrook to head back north.

The trains passengers were let off and were milling about. Some called taxis and I saw a CT Transit bus show up as well.

A SLE rescue shuttle arrived to take passengers to Branford, where they would be bused to NHV Union Station. At a little after 8 I left to get dinner.

According to the news Amtrak service has been restored, with delays.
