Messino Posted July 29, 2011 Share #6 Posted July 29, 2011 its funny cause these guys who are so called cops who patrol transit now a days are really as useless as tits on a boar..All they are good for is harrasing people for walking through the train and giving tickets for fare evasion when they are actually awake and not sleeping in the car downstairs or in the break room. Its been forever since Ihve seen them prevent or help during a criminal situation on transit property.. We all saw how pussy that one cop was when the insane white guy stripped naked and flipped out.. The cop just pretty much stood there until plain clothes showed up.. SubwayGuy Posted July 29, 2011 Share #8 Posted July 29, 2011 Key phrase in that video: "its not something thats driven by a call to a telephone dispatcher then a police officer arrives after something's already occurred...you are there, youre in person, and youre there to help"
Joe Posted July 30, 2011 Author Share #9 Posted July 30, 2011 Its should still be like that... nowadays, all the MTA PD does is give out tickets and hassle railfans MTA PD has nothing to do with this. QM1to6Ave Posted July 31, 2011 Share #10 Posted July 31, 2011 How was the relationship between MTA PD and transit police? And does Mta PD have any relationship with transit police today, now that it is just another part of the NYPD?
