Joel Up Front Posted August 3, 2011 Share #1 Posted August 3, 2011 I biked down Sunrise Highway by RVC depot and I noticed CNG #1713 with the emergency lights on and the destination sign off, in the left turn lane on Sunrise Highway and North Village Avenue.
