Will there be any in service this Sunday? I'm thinking of checking out the Q10 and I'd like to ride one then instead of making two trips out there.

Yes, that is the schedule ENY posted a while back. We still don't have assignments though.

The D.O.B. probably doesn't even know themselves.

I just hope GA doesn't get more XD40s. IMO they are the worst buses I've ever ridden lol. They just jerk way too much

More likely that's probably what they will get. Brooklyn is suppose to receive the majority of the Xd40s.

If Brooklyn gets new buses thats all they will probably end up with.

Yep! Unless there is a MAJOR change but a few Brooklyn Depots are in the mix for this upcoming order.

For reference, the 40 foot option order has not officially been announced. The delivery schedule posted is MTA's official review of what they were supposed to present to the board, and suppliers, which is subject to change.

Brooklyn and Quill are supposed to be getting the XD's, with Nova's going to Bronx, and Queens and possibly SI depots to bump some hybrids to other boroughs.

EDITED: Thanks Ray. I forgot about the 7100's

New Deliveries I haven't seen posted. Disregard if they have been.

They had a hard time because they kept missing out on ideal pieces of land. The last one was a former Verizon facility off Springfield & Merrick, nestled between Stop & Shop (the former Pathmark) and the LIRR. By the time the (MTA)'s real estate people noticed it, UPS had grabbed it.

Another ideal location eventually became the Home Depot on the other side of the same tracks.

Wow!!! That's not too far from me. The UPS have been there about a year now. That would've been a good location for the depot... Edited by SubBus

I think for the Prevost, 2707*-2789 are the 2016s, I've seen 2660s and 2680s in service before the new year.
