Joel Up Front Posted August 29, 2011 Share #77 Posted August 29, 2011 Most RVC routes are not running, with the exception of the N1, N2, 15, 31, and 32. I wonder why the N4 and 25 aren't running, but the 15, 31, and 32 are, and they all serve flood-prone areas...
Amtrak7 Posted August 29, 2011 Share #78 Posted August 29, 2011 Most RVC routes are not running, with the exception of the N1, N2, 15, 31, and 32. I wonder why the N4 and 25 aren't running, but the 15, 31, and 32 do, and they all serve flood-prone areas... Don't know if this has something to do with this, but I heard on the scanner that ALL buses are to fuel up at RVC before going to MF.

East New York Posted August 30, 2011 Share #90 Posted August 30, 2011 Does anybody know what the TA did with the buses at Far Rockway Depot? As that depot was in the flood zone... did they store those buses elsewhere? Many buses were not parked at depots. They were all over the city waiting to resume service. No buses were parked in evacuation zones IIRC.
