An ironworker with a special set of pipes - who became an Internet sensation by serenading passersby with Frank Sinatra tunes - performed a swan song Thursday.

 

Gary Russo, who drew crowds to his lunch-break concerts on the upper East Side, is getting transferred from his gig building the Second Ave. subway to another job in Queens.

 

"This has been more than a guy in a hardhat singing - it's a family here," the Metropolitan Transportation Authority construction worker said.
