Its Mercedes cousin is Euro VI certified, so I'm not sure why they're having trouble getting EPA 2013 certified. Bottom of page 2 in this PDF has a chart comparing EPA 2013 and Euro VI. http://cumminsemissionsolutions.com/CES/CESContent//SiteContent/en/Binary_Asset/PDF/Final_CES_Pocketcard_3_12_FINAL.pdf Pretty similar, but I guess they're not meeting the slightly lower NOx emissions of EPA 2013 levels quite yet.
