Great Shots! You already know the RTS ones are my favorite. I also like the MCI on the Bxm10, and the Artic ones I can't believe 5347, 5350, and 5351 still have MTA Bus titles. They are starting to make me think they might go back to Baisley Park.

Thank you and I know you like the RTS's (maybe we should hotwire one and give it a joyride lol j/k). Now I'm starting to like the Cruisers with the orange LED signs more easier to read than those green ones and I hope the MTA Bus Artics go back 2 the Q113:D

Those are very nice photos. I did not know that the 8101 was with old style destination signs, though. I remember it was with East New York before it was re-engined and sent to MTA Bus. I distinctly remember it being an EXTREMELY HOT AND HUMID BUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Very nice pics. They meet up to my expectations.

Lol... well you know they are all Keyless, and I've driven plenty, so I have lots of memories of the good ol days. I do plan on buying an 8400 series from the MTA though.

Ok, but don't they have different codes for the digital signs eventhough its a MTA New York City Bus or MTA Bus?

Yeah they have different codes, but the majority of NYCT buses don't have the MTAB codes, so they have to be added. The 3000/4300 series MCI's and all new buses from now on will be programed with all NYCT and MTAB codes at delivery.
