youngblaze Posted September 26, 2011 Share #101 Posted September 26, 2011 I heard the same thing when my uncle, who recently retired as a B/O, worked there....Also from what I was told, when the small amounts of RTSs used to be there, the dispatcher would play a game of favoritism with them...when certain drivers asked for them, he wouldnt allow it....but would give it to other drivers... Ehhh, workplace politics...happens everywhere you go

youngblaze Posted September 26, 2011 Share #104 Posted September 26, 2011 how bad is it Depends where you work lol. In the private sector it can get you fired, demoted or promoted in the best case scendario lol. Public, its hard to do so being that you may have a union or what not but nonetheless it's still there. It's best to not get involved as down the line you won't find yourself in an unfavorable situation. That's when you initiate a separation between your work life and personal life. youngblaze Posted September 26, 2011 Share #106 Posted September 26, 2011 OK what about in LIB I wouldn't know but I'd say it's safe to say that with LIB's uncertain future it may be a hostile work environment now, then again, that is just an assumption. Properly in busy city or village, you see sign that indicateds NO TURNS ON RED.
