The only old MCI at Newton Avenue is 7645( which has been MIA for about a week now)

The only old MCI at Washington Twp is 7516 ( 7515 was recently retired and I think 7512 may be now as well).

According to 553 Bridgeton Egg Harbor Twp has 7422 and 7442, they were rehabilitated and running now since their garage was short.

Still with some of the new 21Ks sitting in Turnersville's backyard, it would be nice if NJ Transit left a few down there, Turnersville garage and Egg Harbor Twp can use a few more MCIs now.  Both garages have lost 3 of their old MCIs, also Turnersville is running short on NABIs too, MCIs are being used on some trips on the 400, 403 and 459 and those lines are Exact Fare now.  I have noticed even with borrowing NABIs from Camden that they still put the MCIs on these routes( even on the weekend).

Its really not a suprise to me that MCI's popped up on both 400 and 403...They use to back in the 90's i can recall...Now the 459 you got me there...

I’ve operated the 2018s on the 400 and 459. There’s pretty much mcis on said lines daily.

So this updates I got that aren't on here yet (it might be a bit inaccurate but this from CPTDB):

  • Wayne has 7638-7641 7643-7648, 7650, 7652, 7654, 7657, 7662, 7664-7667, 7669-7670, 7672, 7884-7886, 7888-7889, 7892-7895, 7897, 7899-7902, 7904-7906, 7908-7912, 7914-7920, 8033, 8266-8268, 8292-8293, 8295-8300, 8302-8303, 8305-8315, and 8317-8322. 8301 and 8304 are retired.

This is incorrect. All buses in this batch have either been retired or transferred (with majority being retired).

The “rumored” plan is that the ex-Saddle River 17000s will go down south.

again it from cptdb and it seems like it hasn't been updated for a bit when I wrote this (for majority of the units). So I just based it off that tbh

I wouldn't trust or keep up with CPTDB or any wiki page when it comes to things like that.

  • Fairview has 7676, and 7743
  • Market Street has 8003, 8110-8111. 8109 and 8112 are retired
  • Meadowlands has 7762, 7764, 7427, 7446, 8234, 8241-8243, 8246, 9035, and 18118-18119. 7121, 7424-7425, 7443, 7768, 7790 are retired. 5284 is still at Meadowlands
  • Oradell has 7412-7413, 7602, 7621, 7625, 7632, 7634-7635, 7637, 7651, 7898, and 7913. 7411, 7707, 7778, 7831, 7838, and 7864 are retired
  • Wayne has 7638-7641 7643-7648, 7650, 7652, 7654, 7657, 7662, 7664-7667, 7669-7670, 7672, 7884-7886, 7888-7889, 7892-7895, 7897, 7899-7902, 7904-7906, 7908-7912, 7914-7920, 8033, 8266-8268, 8292-8293, 8295-8300, 8302-8303, 8305-8315, and 8317-8322. 8301 and 8304 are retired.
  • Howell has 8256. 8202, 8212, 8215, 8218, 8254, and 8258-8260 are retired. I'm not sure on 7271 however as I heard either thats retired or being repaired.
  • Ironbound has 7488, 7760, and 8226. 7408, 7417, 7455, 7463, 7465, 7471, 7474, 7486-7487, 7504, 7566, 7758, 7771, 7816, 7818, 7932, 7935, 8050, 8079, 8093, 8095-8096, 8100-8108, 8285, 8521, and 8558-8559 are retired.
  • Morris has 1601
  • Egg Harbor has 7653, 7656, 7801 and 7891.
  • Newton Avenue has 7520, 7545, 7564.
  • Washington Township has 7661.

As for XD60s: the placement goes like this:

  • Hilton has 20801-20828
  • Big Tree has 20829-20848
  • Fairview has 20849-20891
  • Meadowlands has 20892-20910

The information that I get comes from NJT Personnel. Now if you're are posting from YOUR observations, then ok BUT most of those buses (especially at Wayne) have been scrapped (or possibly stored).

Yeah Ik a lot of them weren't in service which why I may've been inaccurate when I wrote that post but didn't know a lot of them were actually sidelined already. My fault

As of Monday, the 1 now has Ironbound and Big Tree trippers. 5750 (BT) and 5763 and 93 (IB) are on the 1 currently

Ironbound has shown up on the 1 from time to time before today. Big Tree legitimately has runs on the 1 for the Spring Pick.

Speaking of the 1, I saw one of Orange’s buses on the 1 on Monday it was 6264?  I also heard one time that Orange will be getting some blocks for the 1 but I wasn’t sure on that.

Market Street also helps out the 80 sometimes. I seen 5676 on it last Saturday along West Side. I’m not sure on the 81 though

Yeah but BT and Orange usually was on the 1 when they needed extra buses.

Now, BT and Orange have legitimate runs on the 1.

Apparently there are no more D4000s left at Meadowlands. Looks like some of them have transferred (I saw ex-Meadowlands units tracking on Oradell routes) and driving past the garage on route 3 a few days ago, I saw some with black paint parked by their fence.
